The technical side of the proposed Sat Cab regulation explained to professionals in the audiovisual field. The association 100autori and ANICA are promoting this seminar on the regulation that will be discussed and put to the vote in the European Parliament Committee on Legal Affairs in late September.
It's an opportunity to examine the issue with the benefit of input from various audiovisual industry players who will present their views on where this dossier is headed in the European Union, specifically within the Digital Single Market. Topics include exclusive territorial licensing and its importance to the success of European audiovisual works, as well as the risks that the adoption of this European regulation entails.
